Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) strategies are often recommended for incumbents, growth and economic performance-related problems that they encounter in highly competitive business environments to solve. However, relatively little empirical light has been shed on the practical CE strategy processes and how they function in everyday life of organizations. The case study presented herein addresses this problem by little explored that describe how a traditional company in precarious economic conditions of its strategy, as through an interview with the CEO of the company renewed in context. The analysis is based on the theoretical concepts of corporate entrepreneurship models and focuses on the practical activities in the strategic renewal: What did the case company actually do to compensate for the declining sales and improve their long-term position in the market? The results underline the progressive, proactive and transience CE strategies;. Further, they suggest that the companies customers and other external partners must equally with ambitious goals in order to successfully implement their strategies CE
