This case study solution was developed by HR Case Solutions, a company that is a part of the Harvard Business Review Group, to help identify case studies that best meet their requirements for excellence.

This case study solution was developed by a team of professionals who specialize in diversity and inclusion. The Case Study Solution was used to help guide a case study, where a diverse group of individuals were asked to analyze how diversity and inclusion at Royal Dutch Shell (A) played into the success of the companies’ employees.

The Case Study Solution was designed to review the dynamic processes by which the oil and gas industry successfully incorporates diverse people into its work force. For instance, the Case Study Solution presented a set of four Case Study Analysis for a range of topics.

The HBR Case Solutions Case Study Analysis was designed to analyze how diversity and inclusion have played into HR practices and HR operations. Participants were asked to focus on the “on-the-ground” impact of the company’s efforts to integrate its employees through diversity and inclusion and what the results of this effort have been.

HBR Case Solutions participated in two case studies: a social case study and a technical case study. The results of each case study helped participants identify areas for improvement.
