Peace Medical Corporation Ltd (“Peace Medical”), in Chongqing, China headquarters as a joint venture between the very large, state-owned Chongqing Medicine Company (“CMC”), which owns a 51% stake was founded in 2001 and Jeff Jiang, President of the company, which has a share of 49%. Both Peace Medical and CMC are medical product supply companies, the wholesalers who buy pharmaceutical products from manufacturers and sell them to hospital pharmacies or drug stores are retail. From the beginning, the agreement between CMC and Peace Medical has benefited both parties. From 2008 Medical looks peace, as if it is a successful business for the long term.
