In little more than a year Coursera had grown at a rapid pace as the leader of MOOCs arise on the number of student enrollment, courses and partners regarding. The case examines two aspects of these developments in the industry: (1) What options do make Coursera, it is enabled to grow so fast? (2) In what ways has Coursera success Impact of competitor’s success, Udacity and EDX? A player would naturally come to dominate the industry, and if so, what decisions should make Coursera to retain its position in the market?
