Although the project was far from complete, queried member of the Project Steering Committee (PSC), the actual benefits have been realized as a result of e-procurement implementation. Suggested Robert Lamoureux, manager responsible for the e-procurement initiative, the PSC, a methodology that could be applied departments will to formulate CXeBuy to assess the impact of their activities. However, some members of the Committee concerns that such a voluntary approach would only serve a limited purpose and would fall short of providing an overview of the department of CXeBuy impact on the overall business philosophy. Other PSC members had questioned the need for such an evaluation exercise at this early stage.
