In this article, we summarize the main ideas behind an entrepreneurial orientation (EO), the use of the strategic practices of the companies to recognize and start a new company moves. We begin with the description of the five dimensions of EO. Companies display measures in accordance with these dimensions with higher performance in a number of areas, including bottom-line, firm-level results connected. We conclude by developing a number of proposals, such as employees, entrepreneurs and managers of established companies and apply these five dimensions.
