This case provides students with the opportunity to develop an action plan for an executive education program client needs analysis. Evergreen Executive Education LLC (EEEL) has just landed a great new corporate clients. The case provides some basic background information about the client company and its overall program needs. The students are a learning needs analysis this background with their own focused thinking in terms of how best to discover and make plan by merging information to create a viable corporate learning agenda. The plan should be robust enough and to ensure that the insights that will be of execution as the main inputs are concentrated in the development of a detailed program design. Students are not encouraged to develop a management training program design.
