The case describes the entrepreneurial paths of two men, a father and son team, a very successful business venture in regional marine offshore industry in the first decade of the 21st Century created made. The factors to venture contributed to the rapid growth and the challenges they faced in their company investigated under Ezra Holdings, the next stage of rapid growth. Started in 1992, the entrepreneurs on their knowledge of the regional oil and gas (O & G), and Marine Engineering Company, the company into a global offshore support services company with a market capitalization of U.S. $ 1.2 billion of used to grow the end of January 2010. The company started as a small business, management and operation of offshore supply vessels support O & G activities in the region.
