Furniture Bank was an organization that distributes donated and collected, gently used furniture to the needy. After several years of tight financial circumstances, the interim executive director was relieved that the past year had provided record amounts of excess liquidity relief after generation. He prepared a report to the Board about his thoughts, in which direction he thought the furniture bank should take to be presented on the opportunities for growth and the needs of the community. With thousands of dollar reserves to unrestricted access, but competing ideas for the use of these reserves of managing the organization realized faced some difficult strategic and tactical decisions. All the ideas seemed to be important for the furniture bank, but the manager was unsure whether the organization had the ability to implement it, and he was not sure how they rate their relative priority. He had made any recommendation Furniture Bank consider long-term focus and build on the recent financial success.
