Invest Early was early childhood development partnership in rural northern Minnesota between 14 different organizations that worked together on an advisory board, CEO and management team to coordinate early childhood services for young children living in poverty, and provide just about poverty. First results showed that children were better Invest Early for kindergarten than their counterparts with low incomes and expertise between Invest early and high income children was prepared decreased significantly. Integration and sustainment of such a complicated network of individuals and organizations were not easy, it was over 10 years and thousands of hours of meetings. Issues such as the continued availability of financing and implementing sales still threaten the effectiveness of the cooperation and the economic recession would almost certainly affect future management team decisions.
