If the field of knowledge to move forward, there is – from a business perspective – three priority areas for further research and experimentation. They are: research on how tacit knowledge continue to be “developed and used” in spite of the increasing economic and business forces that disturb the social nature of the workplace community lives in tacit knowledge and are thriving, the research on how to structure optimal knowledge flow between knowledge seekers and knowledge providers to maximize the impact of knowledge, and research on how knowledge, which by its nature is unclear and to make intangible, visible and concrete. Progress in each of these three areas would make it clear that contribute to the relationship between the knowledge of the company and a significant business reality.
