In January 2012, the company conducted MSPL and operations Narendrakumar A. Baldota and his two sons. MSPL the main source of income was Vyasankere iron ore mine (VIOM), one of the largest iron ore mines in the private sector in India. MSPL been progressive and proactive in their approach to sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Many of his initiatives predated government legislation related to the environment, employees and community issues. MSPL policy towards environmental issues and communities were driven by the beliefs and vision of its founder and chairman, Baldota father. Baldota extended MSPL initiatives related to the environment, employees and communities. The case deals with the choices and decisions that Baldota had carried out initiatives of the organization in relation to the numerous CSR and sustainability.
