Students’ preparation and class discussions on key resources, relationships and factors that could cause focus to the poor performance of student-run consulting organization. Students should have a causal loop diagram showing the most important resources, feedback relationships and delays in the system. As a follow-up assignment, sufficient information for students to develop a system simulation model. Instructors can choose to evaluate student requesting an alternate assignment and use a simulation model developed by the authors. Systems analysis and testing intervention is expected as soon as a valid model developed or given to the students. Instructors should contact Professor Robert D.
