OSSCube started as a software training provider and gradually as open source software development and consulting company. The marketing of the offer was OSSCube (SEO) is performed primarily by search engine optimization initiatives. Later OSSCube created a social media presence on various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Slideshare, Vimeo, YouTube, Blip.TV, blog and FriendFeed. The primary goal of establishing a presence on these social media platforms, the company was SEO initiatives to expand. This strategy helped win OSSCube business leads, but realized Kinshuk, the community manager of the company that this strategy will not building the brand identity OSSCube. Moreover, with a wide presence on social creates the thought media platforms to expand SEO activities some sort of confusion in the minds of consumers in terms of OSSCube expertise. Therefore, in 2010 Kinshuk review of the social media approach with some specific goals such as employee branding, branding OSSCube and promotion of open source software.
