In the summer of 1999, we began working with HBR Case Solutions, a leading management consulting firm. HBR Case Solutions was started in 1990 by Linda J. Stahl, a partner at McKinsey & Company. They have been very instrumental in helping management and executives solve critical problems across industries.

HBR Case Solutions has a popular website that includes a case study solution. The Solution Center has a list of strategic case studies. They are drawn from historical examples and utilize case studies that demonstrate how companies have solved similar problems. The Case Study Help section has information on what to look for in an effective case study.

We liked the website and downloaded a few guides to put together our own pages. We wanted to create a learning center that provides good information that can help managers apply the solution. We wanted a case study solution that would provide a deep understanding of how to solve the problem at hand and incorporate suggestions for the management.

We wanted to create an online resource that contains case study solutions to help executive and managers are more effective. We also wanted a case study that addressed relevant issues across industries. We wanted a case study that provided good information that was current and relevant. Finally, we wanted a case study that addressed important issues with an emphasis on how companies have solved similar problems.

HBR Case Solutions has a website that contains case study solutions and case studies for the executive and the manager. Each section of the website offers the manager and the executive relevant information to help them apply the solutions and suggestions. The Website offers resources that demonstrate how organizations have applied the Case Study Solutions to their businesses and how they have contributed to industry-wide solutions.

We understood that the Case Study Solutions was useful because they offered both information about the solutions and how companies had addressed similar problems. The Problem Solving section discusses the possible causes of the problems.

HBR Case Solutions has also produced a book called Case Study Help: A Journey Through the Solution Center that includes the Solution Center and describes how the Case Study Solutions have been used across industries. We have taken many management consultants, including Gary Kaplan and Larry Esquivel, to the Solution Center to review the Case Study Solutions. We wanted to know if the Case Study Solutions could be useful in solving the problem that managers were facing.

Our executives and management consultants were very impressed with the Website and helped us create solutions for the CEO and the executive team. The Solution Center is a highly functional website that provides information about the Case Study Solutions and their application.

TheSolution Center helped us develop a research process and case study for a decision-making project. We also learned that many management consultants were more receptive to using Case Study Solutions when they could see how they could be applied in their own business operations.
