This case focuses on organizational transformation into an accounting firm in South Africa. The case describes how the effects of both globalization and the transformation that the country since the advent of democracy in 1994 subjected StratAFin Inc. directed to a process of building a new identity. The case describes how leaders realized the need for the transformation to the many new challenges that were faced in the changing environment base.
