This brief case to use as a vehicle for instructors to present cases to a management or leadership class and start a discussion about what looks organizational effectiveness. The case examines the experiences of two different managers of the top English football teams. Students need the information made available to advise the boards of these teams as to whether the two managers are dismissed deserve. Information in the first part of the housing provides information on team performance (profits and losses), Manager, popularity, and other factors that influence the effectiveness perspectives. The second part shows the case, decisions about who was actually laid off, which may surprise some.
