To get an accurate overview of what is required to achieve this, 52 in-depth interviews were conducted with supply chain leaders to answer the question, “What are the principles that drive successful supply chain design and collaboration? ” The results are summarized as the 10 guiding principles of high-impact SCM. Mapping these principles a maturity framework shows that there is a lot of work waiting for managers who embark on the arduous journey towards cooperation in the supply chain.
